Refund policy
Due to the small-batch nature of our hand-poured candles, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or scent preferences. If your candle arrives damaged or broken during transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will happily ship out a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund if the item is currently sold out.
