FAQ
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because everything is fully cured before it ever hits the shop, your items are ready to go the moment you place an order. We package and ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Do I need to wait to burn my candle?
No. Unlike made-to-order candles that require a waiting period, all Leche Azul Co. candles are fully cured for two weeks before they are listed on our store. They are ready to burn the moment they arrive at your door.
How does local pickup work?
If you select local pickup at checkout, please wait until you receive a specific confirmation email stating your order is ready before heading over to the boutique. Because we handle everything in small batches, we want to make sure your items are securely packed and waiting for you before you arrive.
What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchange items if you change your mind or find that you do not like a specific scent profile. If a fragrance happens to not be a perfect match for your space, we highly encourage gifting it to a friend or loved one who might enjoy it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing your orders securely, but transit can occasionally be rough. If your candle arrives broken, please email us within 24 hours of delivery to report it. We highly recommend taking clear pictures of the entire packaging as it arrived, as well as the broken product itself, and including those in your email so we can verify the damage.
How are replacements or refunds for damaged items handled?
We will happily ship out a replacement for a broken candle. However, because our items are made in small batches, if the specific candle you ordered is sold out, we will issue a refund instead. Since I am the only person running the shop, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your replacement or refund.
