We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
Your payment will only be charged once your order has been fully processed and is ready to ship. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your delivery.
Due to the small-batch nature of our hand-poured candles, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or scent preferences.
If your candle arrives damaged or broken during transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will happily ship out a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund if the item is currently sold out.
