You may cancel your order and request a refund at any time up until the order has been received by the postal/parcel courier. After the parcel has been received by the courier, refunds are considered a return and subject to approval. To avoid undue confusion and to work more efficiently within the confines of the parcel courier's abilities; all orders that have been shipped out may still be refunded up to 14 days after delivery of the customer's item(s) as long as they are unused and in sellable condition. . Refunds will not be processed during the shipment period and may be requested only after delivery. The responsibility of the return belongs with the customer and not with "Leche Azul Candles." Item(s) that are received for refund must be in unused or otherwise sellable condition. Refunds will be processed after the arrival of the item(s) to "Leche Azul Candles." and after an inspection has been passed.
For damaged orders Leche Azul Candles will ship out a replacement order after proof of damage has been submitted to email@example.com
Please note that since our items are crafted by hand there may be a delay in shipment if items are not in stock. If items are out of stock and Leche Azul Candles can not obtain materials to refill your order in a timely manner Leche Azul Candles will contact you to resolve the issue. Typically actions to resolve this type of issue include, but are not limited to, fragrance swaps, item swaps, or partial refunds.
All returns will be processed for the full amount of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is non-refundable. The cost of shipping and/or return shipping will be subtracted from the cost of the item(s).
